The existing building on this site will be entirely demolished and removed from the site. To construct a new 5,576 square foot office building with possibly 4 tenant spaces. Work is to include reinforced concrete stem walls, a concrete slab on grade, post installed anchors in concrete, exterior bearing and shear walls, metal roof purlins with metal roof sheeting, 1-hr fire-resistance-rated East exterior wall, steel exterior siding, exterior stone veneer, exterior aluminum and steel awnings, exterior doors, exterior windows, interior bearing and shear walls, interior nonbearing walls, restrooms accessible to the disabled, restrooms not accessible to the disabled, interior windows, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. Special Inspection is required for post-installed anchors in hardened concrete. This is a shell only permit. This permit does NOT establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant or tenant space. A separate permit for each tenant space is required to establish occupancy. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
