FOUNDATION PERMIT ONLY. No other plans have been submitted or approved. Permit to add Basement Walls under existing home. The existing Basement will become part of the proposed new Basement. Fox Blocks (6") are proposed to be set inside existing foundation as per Engineer's specifications as a retaining wall. Only the necessary bearing walls, beams and headers are allowed with this permit. Existing floor joists to be repared/sistered and added as per engineering. Plan modifications must be submitted for any futher work. allowed. Builder is beginning "At Own Risk". Any alterations that need to be made to the foundation will be at the owner's expense and responsibility. All work to be done according to plans, notes and engineering.
