(HARRIS RANCH COMMUNITY CENTER) Per the attached Harris Ranch letter the pool facillity is only allowed to be occupied during daylight hours. ""PLAN MODIFICATION TO REDUCE THE POOL DECK AREA, REMOVE SHADE STRUCTURES AND PARKING SEEPAGE BED"" For the construction of a new 1,456 sq. ft. community center with work to include general site work, construction of a mail building as well a building with two restrrom/shower areas and a family assisted restroom/shower room. The fixture count for the restrooms has been evaluated and approved based upon the pool and pool deck area indicated on the plans. A separate pool permit is required. The perimeter fence has also been addressed under this permit. This building is not fire sprinklered.

I referred the contractor back to the plan reviewer due to questions on the review. Itmes include number of gates requiring panic hardware, door mags being used on the west side gate and possible exit signs or emergency lights in the pool area. Contractor did not have the small documents. Thumbturn dead bolts have been used on the Locker rooms where plans call for lever action. The canopy emergency lights did not work.
