This tenant space was previously occupied by “Ustick Hair Salon”. A source capture system capable of exhausting not less than 50 cfm per station may be required for nail stations. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit.
