Permit for interior remodel of existing dwelling on main floor and to finish existing 700 sq. ft. basement. Main level scope of work is to remove non-bearing wall between dining and kitchen, new kitchen cabinetry, fixtures and finishes. Scope of work in basement is to remove bearing wall and install new beam, rebuild existing bathroom, and construct interior non-bearing walls to create (2) bedrooms, mechanical closet and laundry closet, enlarge existing windows in the bedrooms to meet emergency escape and rescue opening requirements, fur out of all concrete walls, relocation of washer/dryer, and new HVAC unit per ACCA report.
