Permit is to remodel an existing 4,054 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 2,787 sq. ft. and the remaining tenant space is to be 1,267 sq. ft. under BLD17-00110. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal and relocation of select door/door frames, removal of millwork, removal of select plumbing fixtures and plumbing accessories, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create (4) offices, (2) conference rooms, a break area and a work area, millwork, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
