Description
Permit to repair fire damage. Repalce (9) trusses on upper floor, repair and reroof as needed. If roof repair/replacement meets or exceeds 50% of the entire roof than the entire roof must be replaced with Class "A" roof material. Plumbing fixtures, cabinets, shower stalls to be replaced as specified. Replace gypsum board as needed on upper floor. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms are to be updated as needed/required. Repair and replace flooring as needed per floor. Repair fire damage and smoke as needed on interior items as needed. Ledger board to be replaced as needed. Any charred structural members must be approved by an engineer if to remain. See Insurance details for specific room by room repairs. All work to be done according to plans, notes and local codes.
