This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: @ suite #200 removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select ceiling, removal of select soffit, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a flex/break room area , open office area, (1) lactation room and men’s and women’s restrooms that are accessible to the disabled, new millwork, select new door/door frames, select new gypsum and suspended acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. @ suite #260 removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocate, removal of select ceiling, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a conference room and a break room, new millwork, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
