To construct interior improvements for a new 3,500 square foot restaurant and bar. Work is to include a concrete slab on grade, interior nonbearing walls, two restrooms accessible to the disabled, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, kitchen equipment, a Type I grease hood and duct system, wall insulation, attic insulation, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
