Permit to construct a 400 sq. ft. inground concrete swimming pool located in the hillside. The pool will be equiped with a powered safety cover rated in compliance with ASTM F1346. The pool will be protected by a barrier (fence) in compliance with Appendix G of the 2009 IRC (see attached). The pool shall be constructed per the approved plans, attached engineering and local codes. **DAF** A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the pool & spa subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling inspections.
