Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, a delayed egress device on one of the elevator lobby doors, interior windows, gypsum board ceilings, suspended ceilings, cabinets, and finishes. This tenant space is not allowed to be occupied until all the door hardware on both stairways is corrected (i.e. made capable of being unlocked simultaneously without unlatching upon a signal from a single location inside the main entrance to the building) under this permit OR under a separate permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department.
