(JELLI – TENANT SPACE EXPANSION – 1ST STORY) The fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy flexibility. To expand an existing 4,318 square foot tenant space located on the 1st story into an adjacent 969 square foot area. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 5,287 square feet. The new tenant will be an office use. Work is to include removing an interior nonstructural tenant demising wall. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
