This tenant space has a total floor area of about 1,216 square feet (478 square feet dining area, 549 square feet kitchen area, and 189 square feet restrooms, hallway, etc.) Work is to include constructing a new interior nonstructural wall, installing a bar counter, installing a Class II hood, and replacing standard ceiling tiles with vinyl tiles. The walk-in cooler, the walk-in freezer, and the Class II duct and fan are existing.
