(ARID CLUB) **Permit to Remodel a portion of the first level of the Arid Club. Work to include: modifying interior finishes, lighting, one exterior door/sidelite, enlarge interior opening and relocate existing interior door. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Scope of work permit only, with a certificate of completion to be issued upon completion and approval of project. No new certificate of occupancy required to be issued as there is no change in occupancy. **JAR**
