This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct a new 1,272 square foot building to be used as a coffee shop. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slab on grade, 6 inch wood stud exterior walls, exterior bearing and shear walls, engineered wood truss roof with wood diaphragm, wood and stucco exterior wall finishes, R-38 continuous insulation installed on top of the roof deck, R-38 insulation installed within an attic, single ply membrane roof coverings, metal awnings, two exterior side-hinged swinging doors, two exterior overhead doors, exterior windows, a drive-thru window, gypsum board ceiling finish, gypsum board wall finish, interior nonbearing walls, two restrooms accessible to the disabled, kitchen equipment, a service counter accessible to the disabled, tables, chairs, millwork, and finishes. Special Inspection is required for concrete and for anchors post-installed in hardened concrete. The structural design for the engineered wood trusses is a deferred submittal item. A 6 foot tall masonry trash enclosure with steel gates will also be constructed under this permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
