Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a new Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 2,804 square foot non-conforming daycare (1,558 square foot 1st story and 1,246 square foot basement). This tenant will occupy the entire building. An inspection by Jim Poe with the Fire Department was done on March 16, 2017 and no violations were found. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work needed to correct noncompliant conditions. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Code Notes because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life or property.
