The dwelling will be 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms and will be heated with existing ductless system. Separate erosion, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All work is to be done accoding to approved plans, engineering, Plan Review Report, current local codes and as approved under DRH17--00798.
