(WEBMARKETS – WEST END OF BUILDING) (5-24-17 PLAN MODIFICATION TO ROUGH IN A WASTE PIPE AND CLOSET FLANGE FOR A FUTURE TOILET. THERE IS INSUFFICIENT SPACE TO CREATE A TOILET ROOM FOR THE FUTURE TOILET THAT WILL BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE DISABLED. BECAUSE THE OCCUPANT LOAD EXCEEDS 15, TWO ASSISTED-USE TOILET ROOMS THAT ARE ACCESSIBLE TO THE DISABLED ARE REQUIRED TO SERVE THIS TENANT SPACE. UNRESTRICTED ACCESS TO AN ACCESSIBLE TOILET ROOM LOCATED WITHIN THE ADJACENT TENANT SPACE WAS ALLOWED IN LIEU OF PROVIDING TWO ACCESSIBLE TOILET ROOMS WITHIN THIS TENANT SPACE. IF THAT ACCESS IS MAINTAINED, THE FUTURE TOILET ROOM IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE DISABLED.
