WUI Zone A - all exterior alterations to comply with current WUI requirements. Permit to replace exterior raised deck/blacony concrete surface and floor decking due to dry wrought. Contractor will replace with WUI conpliant materials without adding additional weight to the existing structure. Also, interior alteration of the daylight basement will consist of removing select non-loadbearing walls and create an additional bedroom in the basement. On the main floor work will consist of reconfiguring the steps in the great room and living room area. No other work such as the elevator shaft or the stair case is covered under thiws building permit. Permit(s) for those alterations will be pulled separately. Engineering for the elevator foundation and wall construction will be required. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled separately. **DAF**
