MSE retaining wall approx 450 linear feet. Max height of wall is 5.33 feet, Max exposed wall height shall not exceed 4 feet. If walking surface is within 36" horizontally of retaining wall where wall is 30" in ht. above finished grade, plan modification for guardrails shall be submitted for review.
