(WISTERIA SALON – SOUTHEAST CORNER OF BUILDING – EXPANSION INTO ADJACENT AREA) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To expand an existing beauty salon having a floor area of about 1,400 square feet into an adjacent 525 square foot area. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 1,925 square feet. Work is to include a new opening in an existing interior nonbearing wall, a new low height chase wall for plumbing, an exhaust fan ducted to the outside, and three hair wash stations. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for the entire expanded tenant space.
