Note: site work and envelope including HVAC units and exterior lighting was approved with the shell permit. Work to include: new electrical, new interior lighting, new mechanical, new non-bearing interior walls, new kitchen equipment, new restrooms, and interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
