Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 214 square foot booth within a 11,800 square foot space having multiple booths. The booth will be used as the office of a car dealership. Egress from this booth is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit.
