Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 1,581 square foot tenant space to be used by a food catering and event tenant. Remove the thumb turn dead bolts from both restraunt doors, keyed is ok on the main entry/exit.

Repair the west side exit discharge light
Repair the restruant emergency light
Repair the stairwell emergency light

Provide fire extinguisher for basement
Provide annual inspection for all extinguishers
Provide inspection/certification for the hood suppression system

Contact plan review to verify that the restraunt door swing is acceptable.Plans show swing out but they only swing in.
