Permit for the construction of a new 2728 sq. ft., two story (first story 1391 sq. ft., second story 1337 sq. ft.) single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, approximately 249 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 1020 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. ***BJM*** Dwellings in this subdivision require a Fire Sprinkler system. A separate permit will be required. R-1B zoning and setbacks per planning. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
