(NW CREDIT UNION – SUNRISE RIM BUILDING – FIRST FLOOR SUITE #120) Permit is to remodel an existing 3,255 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 2,171 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,084 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD17-01373. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include:
removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame, removal of select interior windows, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to create a tenant demising wall, a conference room, a library room, an IT server room and open office area, select wall infill, new door/door frames, new interior windows, millwork, new sink, relocate select light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
