Work to include: removal of existing mansard roof sections and construction of new parapets; removal and replacement of existing storefronts and doors; demo of exterior walls added under BLD96-01157 to expand restroom and infilling exterior wall in original location on existing foundation; new exterior finishes; demo interior nonbearing walls; new interior non-bearing walls; remodel ADA compliant restrooms; new lighting fixtures and ceiling grid; new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical; and new interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
