To construct interior improvements within a 14,015 square foot tenant space located within a new 52,756 square foot building. The tenant demising wall was constructed under permit BLD17-00849. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, two toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, metal ceiling joists and gypsum board deck above the office area (not designed for any use), suspended acoustical ceilings within the office area, gypsum board ceilings at the toilet rooms, a concrete slab on grade, interior doors, and finishes. Special Inspection is required for welding and for post installed anchors in hardened concrete. A separate racking permit is required for racks over 8 feet in height. Gypsum shear wall fasteners are required to be spaced 7 inches maximum on center. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
