To construct interior tenant improvements within a 3,531 square foot shell building for an office tenant. This tenant will occupy the entire building. Work is to include two layers of 5/8” Type “X” gypsum board installed as the ceiling membrane of a 1-hr fire-resistance-rated roof-ceiling assembly, a 1-hr attic access hatch, a 1-hr fire-resistance-rated eave and soffit at the East exterior wall, a 1-hr fire-resistance-rated East exterior wall rated for fire exposure from each side, and 1-hr fire-resistance-rated bearing walls (i.e. North, West, and South exterior walls) for fire exposure from the inside. Additional work includes interior nonbearing walls, two toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
