The CUP 3 building (B39) will be located south of the new B51 R&D Expansion Project. This permit is for STRUCTURAL ONLY FOR BUILDING AND UTILITY TRESTLE FOOTINGS, FOUNDATIONS AND STRUCTURAL STEEL COMPONENTS OF THE TOTAL DESIGN. The proposed new CUP B39 is 68,000 square feet with a 9,319 sq. ft. equipment platform and is type IIB construction. Building occupancy groups consist of F1, H3, and H4. All work per the approved plans and attached engineering. Special inspections are required. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. CDM
