The treads are to be replaced consistant with the original treads. These buildings were originally constructed in 2000 with the main building plans under BLD00-02769 an 999 S Maple Grove (Linger Longer Apartments). This is a spope of work permit only with a certificate of compliance to be issued upon approval and completion of the project. The buildings are type VA construction and are fully fire sprinklered with a NFPA 13R system. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply witth NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
