To convert a former 2,673 square foot restaurant to a martial arts instruction classroom. Work is to include removing interior nonstructural walls, kitchen equipment, and finishes. The existing restrooms are required to be maintained accessible to the disabled as defined by the 2003 IBC. The restrooms are required to be located on a route accessible to the disabled. A rubber gym matt will be provided on the floor but is not allowed on an accessible route. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
