(FRED MYER – ONLINE CHECKLIST STORAGE) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,436 sq. ft. area within an existing Fred Myer retail store. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work includes: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of select plumbing fixtures, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to create checklist storage area and a stock area, a new 104 sq. ft. cooler, select new door/door frames, a new rooftop RTU, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocated and new lighting fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
