Separate electrical, plumbing, & mechanical permits required. **JAB** PLAN MOD FOR RETAINING WALL APPROVED A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.
