(WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE) Permit for interior tenant improvements to an existing 7,495 sq. ft. building with work to include the removal and construction of some interior nonbearing partition walls reconstruction of the second story restrooms with the elimination of some restroom fixtures. This tenant improvement will change the primary occupancy of the building from an A-3 to a B occupancy which is only a partial change in occupancy. Both the first and second stories will be used for office and conference room areas. This building also has an existing 577 sq. ft. mechanical mezzanine above the second story at the West end of the building and a 240 sq. ft. basement. This building is fully fire srinklered for one hour substitution.
