Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of platform side stairs, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to partition the 1st and 2nd grade classrooms, to partition with an accordion wall the toddler and Kindergarten room, select wall infill, adding vertical grab bars at the men’s/women’s restrooms and adding insulated covers to exposed pipes under sinks, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered on the existing north addition side only. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
