(NYL LINE – SUITE #430) Permit is to remodel an existing 3,838 sq. ft. business space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing nxtwall partitions to create an open office area, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, install approximately 3’ of nxtwall partition at the break area, one new rated door/door frame, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
