ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE INSTALLED UNDER THIS PERMIT INCLUDING THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY TO FAN COIL UNITS AND CONDENSING UNITS IN THE BASEMENT UPS ROOM. THE UPS ROOM IN THE BASEMENT IS COVERED UNDER PERMIT BLD18-00964) The fire sprinkler system is used for unlimited area of the building. To remodel an existing 27,164 square foot office tenant space for a new office tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 multi-user toilet rooms upgraded to be accessible to the disabled, a sink within an existing single user toilet room relocation to make the toilet accessible to the disabled, new suspended acoustical ceilings, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. A new wall will be constructed within the mechanical penthouse. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
