Permit to combine units 130, 140, 150, 160 to create a 7,200 sq ft open food court with 4 associated kitchen areas and retail sales area. Work to include: new interior nonbearing partitions; new exterior windows and overhead doors; relocated doors; new commercial kitchens; new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical; and new finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Work is required to comply with the approved drawings, plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
