Permit to finish existing unfinished basement. Furring out exterior walls with 2x4s with P.T. sill plate (all wood in contact with concrete to be pressure treated or naturally durable wood) and R13 insulation. Two Bedrooms, Bath, Laundry Room, Mechanical Room and Family Room will be framed in. Pocket door will be installed into an existing opening in a bearing wall with new header. Portion of a bearing wall will be removed at the Family Room and a new beam will be installed. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms will be installed and updated as required. Separate electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits are required. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes. **BJM***
