Work to include: demolition of interior nonbearing partitions; new entry door; new exterior window; new kitchen hood and equipment; new mechanical RTU and ductwork; new electrical power and lighting; new plumbing; and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for high rise provisions.
