Description |
(EATON) This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Permit to create a 2,648 sq. ft. office/warehouse in an existing shell tenant space within a 18,886 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and the attached engineering. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create open office areas, a conference room, an entry area, a break room, a copy area, an IT room, a warehouse area and (2) accessible restrooms, new door/door frames, new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceilings, new light fixtures, structural modification to select existing roof joist for new rooftop air unit, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: Structural engineering and modifications to the existing truss system are attached. Special inspection is required see form #310 attached. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
