Special Inspection is required for soils. The design for the roof trusses is a deferred submittal item. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for Schroeder Office in Suite 110. A separate permit shall be applied for and issued to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for Suite 120. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
