(AMITY PLACE) Permit is to remodel the front office area approx. 2,912 sq. ft. and the rear restroom area within an existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocate select to new location, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a larger conference room, (3) larger offices, a laundry room and an accessible restroom with an accessible shower, select new rated wall infill, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is partially Fire Sprinklered (approx.. 7,500 sq. ft. Front office/warehouse area are sprinklered and the rear storage area and two story building is Not sprinklered). Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
