Scope of work includes: construction of concrete slab, column footings and metal structure, installation of bike racks. Per the attached code modification, the structure has been classified as a “U” occupancy similar to a carport to allow the structure to be located 8’-4” from the imaginary property line. An accessible route is required to the structure per the approved code modification. Special inspections are required per attached Form 310. This building is not sprinklered.
