**(VANILLA – SUITE #125)** (2 BUILDING PERMITS UNDER BLD18-02488 IN EPLAN) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 3,815 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 2,249 sq. ft. and the remaining vacant tenant space is to be 1,566 sq. ft. created under BLD18-02517. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select wall for new interior window opening, removal of select door/door frame, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, new wall to create a break room, new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, new plumbing fixture, relocation of existing service sink, new vertical grab bars at existing accessible restrooms, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
