(SIMPOLOT WORLD HEADQUARTERS) //Plan modification to remove the enclosed conference room and create three offices, insulate floor within this tenant space over unconditioned area of basement and revise electrical/mechanical plans. 9-27-2018 JG// The fire sprinkler system is used because this is a high rise building. Permit to build out a 2,288 sq. ft. individual area on the west end main floor area within a 306,345 sq. ft. building (Shell under BLD14-03688). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: constriction of furred walls over existing exterior insulated walls, construction of interior non-bearing walls to make a conference room and an open office/meeting area, select new door, new access floor system, select new interior storefront window, new acoustic suspended ceiling and new gypsum soffit ceiling, millwork, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. (Note: the floor area of this buildout space is stated to be above the basement mechanical rooms, field verify this space below the buildout is conditioned space which would allow for uninsulated floor slab of the buildout). This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
