**(CATAPULT)** //Plan modification to add a 1-hour rated fire pump room for the existing unprotected fire pump equipment in the warehouse area, to include 1-hour rated walls, 1-hour rated ceiling, ¾ hour rated doors. 11-14-2018 JG // Permit is to remodel an existing 43,700 sq. ft. warehouse/office tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 25,845 sq. ft. and the remaining 17,855 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD18-03595. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, new walls to create a printer room, a conference room, an accessible restroom and open office area, select new door/door frames, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
