Basement remodeling bath/laundry room and finishing unfinished basement, (1) new bathtub, (2) new bedroom 1 with egress by door 1 with egress through window well. Stairs shifted see structural engineering and new column and footing. Exterior WUI deck per plans engineering. All work per plans, notations, attachments, engineering, local codes & ordinances. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
