(TEFFCO WAREHOUSE - SUITE 110) Permit for the first time build-out of a warehouse space in the south half of a new warehouse building. Shell/Core was built under BLD18-00596 and site work, envelope and exterior lighting were approved with the shell permit. The 2,950 sq ft Teffco Office was permitted under BLD18-01401 and included the tenant demising wall through the center of the building and plumbing fixtures for the warehouse. Warehouse will be used for storage of Teff Flour. Equipment platform and area below platform will be used for manufacturing of grains. Work to include: equipment platform, ships ladder, separation wall, doors, grain and storage containers. This building is fire sprinklered in accordance with NFPA 13 with 60 ft yards for unlimited area. Utilizes ANSI/ASHREA 90.1. Special Inspections Required, see form 310. A separate racking permit is required if racks are installed over 8 feet in height or for high-piled combustible storage.
